QUALITY GOALS AND POLICIES

An organization or institution in implementing the Quality Management System in an educational institute / school, the first step must be defined and formulated the quality objectives to be achieved, after which the top management / leadership / principals determine the quality policy which is used as a reference nantunya each personnel in carrying out their duties in accordance with their respective tupoksinya.
In formulating quality objectives and quality policy, a leader / head of school principals and their staff must consider some important aspects include:
1. Government Policy
A leadership / management in developing top quality objectives and quality policy at an institution / organization must be aligned and should not be contrary to government policy in this case the Ministry of National Education, Provincial Education Office and the Department of Education Youth and Sports District in the form of legislation that applicable, its strategic plan and all the programs that have digulirkannya.

2. Vision and Mission School
In formulating policy objectives and the quality of a leader / head of school with - the same staff should always refer to the vision and mission of the school agreed.

3. Potential and Weaknesses Internal
In this case a chief / head of school must pay attention and look at all of its potential to be empowered as possible whether potential staff, students, infrastructure, resources, environment and so forth, but do not forget as well the potential is usually too there are weaknesses / deficiencies that had to be taken seriously so that they would not be a barrier to achieving the agreed objectives together.

4. Potential and Challenges of External
External potentials to be an important part in determining the quality objectives and quality policy. Leadership / principals together his staff must be able to identify all external potential that can support the achievement of quality objectives seatu educational institutions / schools both from the world of business / industry, community, relevant agencies and so on.
In addition there are also potential challenges that come from outside, which
always must be our focus at all times. Leadership / principals together have the staff take advantage of these challenges bias becomes an opportunity to be able to develop an educational institution in this school to support the achievement of quality objectives agreed upon
If in an educational institution / school where the head / heads together school staff can work together and draw on the above 4 aspects of the target and the quality policy, it is not an institution may not be able to thrive;
